Stephanie Andrews

Stephanie is a 15-year healthcare operations professional who has managed the financial, HR, and administrative side of medical practices, dental practices & labs, compounding pharmacies, and physical therapy groups. She’s spent her career working in small to mid-size healthcare organizations - handling the books, managing HR, supporting office managers, and keeping operations running smoothly with lean teams. She knows what its like to run a practice when you’re wearing multiple hats and working with limited resources.

Now she partners with independent practice owners to handle the administrative work - finances, HR, and operations - so they can focus on patient care instead of being buried in the business side of running a practice.

Stephanie has a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and Management, along with additional coursework in finance and accounting.

Kristen Keech

Co Founder

Kristen is a transformation and program management expert with over a decade of high-stakes leadership, including four years as COO where she honed her ability to scale operations amid rapid growth. She is well known for her talents in streamlining complex, high-stakes systems for federal agencies including Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, and Department of Justice, as well as leading initiatives at the top public consulting firm in the US, Booz Allen Hamilton. She now channels that proven rigor into empowering overwhelmed founders: crafting roadmaps, scalable processes, and accountability systems that liberate companies to thrive without the owner in every role.

Kristen holds a BBA in Management and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership. She also serves on the advisory board of LED-21, part of La Sierra University’s Criminal Justice program.
