Co Founder

Stephanie is a 15-year finance, HR, and operations leader who has repeatedly scaled high-growth, multi-entity businesses from startup chaos to clean, investor-ready clarity. With deep experience in systems modernization, team building, and cross-functional execution, she now partners with founders to deliver the calm, decisive operational backbone they need to stop firefighting and start leading.

Stephanie has a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and Management, along with extensive coursework in finance, operations, and human resource management.

Kristen Keech

Co Founder

Kristen is a transformation and program management expert with over a decade of high-stakes leadership, including four years as COO where she honed her ability to scale operations amid rapid growth. She is well known for her talents in streamlining complex, high-stakes systems for federal agencies including Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, and Department of Justice, as well as leading initiatives at the top public consulting firm in the US, Booz Allen Hamilton. She now channels that proven rigor into empowering overwhelmed founders: crafting roadmaps, scalable processes, and accountability systems that liberate companies to thrive without the owner in every role.

Kristen holds a BBA in Management and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership. She also serves on the advisory board of LED-21, part of La Sierra University’s Criminal Justice program.
